    The day began like any other for engineer John Davis. He clocked in at the CSX Transportation center in Ohio, ready for another day of work. But little did he know, it would be a day unlike any other.

    The freight train, #8888, was all set to embark on its routine journey. The train, nicknamed the "Crazy Eights", was carrying 47 cars, some loaded with hazardous chemicals.
