Tails had just finished his refreshing bath when Zavok strolled in, his muscles rippling from his recent workout. "Hey little fox boy! You know what time is it?" He called out, a mischievous grin on his face.

Tails was about to answer when Zavok suddenly pulled him into a headlock. "It’s noogie time!" Zavok declared, rubbing Tails' head while squeezing him in his sweaty headlock.

Tails struggled in Zavok's grip, his ears the only thing visible under the zeti's armpit. "I ... can’t … breath," he managed to gasp out, his voice muffled.

After a couple of minutes, Zavok released him. "Ew! Seriously! You’re so stinky dude!" Tails complained, trying to ease the pain on his head from the noogie.

Zavok just chuckled at Tails' complaint. "Don’t startle yet, fox boy! here comes another one," he warned, scooping Tails up in another headlock.

"Oh no no no! aaarrgghh!" Tails groaned as Zavok gave him another playful noogie. The once clean fox was now messy, his fur disheveled from Zavok's antics.

This time, Zavok didn't let Tails escape. The fox was stuck in his grip, unable to wiggle out. "Poor Tails," Cream, a rabbit who was watching, sympathized.

Charmy, a bee, just laughed at the scene. "Tails really needs a bath," he commented, finding the situation amusing. Meanwhile, Ray, a flying squirrel, could only wince in sympathy.

The story of Tails' noogie nuisance quickly spread, and soon everyone was aware of Zavok's playful antics. Despite his discomfort, Tails couldn't help but smile. It was all in good fun, after all.

The next day, Tails prepared himself for another round of Zavok's noogies. He decided to wear a helmet as a precaution, which only made Zavok laugh harder.

Zavok decided to give Tails a break that day, much to the fox's relief. But the next day, the noogie menace was back, and Tails found himself once again in the clutches of the playful Zavok.

Despite the playful torment, Tails couldn't help but appreciate Zavok's antics. It was a reminder of the bond they shared, a bond that was strengthened through shared laughter and playful teasing.

And so, the noogie nuisance continued, much to the amusement of everyone. Tails may have been the victim, but he was also part of the fun, a willing participant in Zavok's playful antics.

Tails soon found himself looking forward to Zavok's noogies. It was a strange bond they shared, one that was strengthened through shared laughter and playful teasing. And despite the nuisance, Tails wouldn't have it any other way.

The noogie nuisance had become a tradition. Every day, Tails would prepare himself for Zavok's antics, wearing a helmet as a precaution. And every day, Zavok would give him a noogie, laughing all the while.

The others would watch, amused by the scene. Cream would sympathize with Tails, Charmy would laugh, and Ray would wince in sympathy. But they all knew it was all in good fun.

And so, despite the nuisance, Tails found himself appreciating Zavok's antics. He knew that behind the playful torment was a bond, a bond that was strengthened through shared laughter and teasing.

It was a strange tradition, but one that Tails wouldn't trade for anything. It was a reminder of the bond they shared, a bond that was strengthened through shared laughter and playful teasing. And despite the nuisance, Tails found himself looking forward to Zavok's noogies.
