Big Dog's Wish

Max the golden retriever always had a desire to sit in his owner's lap. But due to his large size, it was practically impossible.

Max's siblings, Ally the Chihuahua, and Miles the cat, were both small enough to enjoy their owner's lap. Max envied them.

One day, Max wished to be small like Ally and Miles. As he drifted off to sleep, his wish magically came true in his dreams.

Max woke up to find himself a small dog. Excitedly, he jumped onto his owner's lap and was able to fit comfortably.

For a while, Max enjoyed being small. He relished the warm, comforting lap of his owner. But soon, he began to notice the downsides.

Max found that he could no longer stick his head out of the car window or jump over the fence to greet his neighbors.

He couldn't carry Miles on his back anymore. His meals were smaller, and he was unable to catch his favorite frisbee.

Max realized that he missed his old, big self. He missed his adventures and old routine. Being small was not as fun as he thought.

Feeling sad, Max wished to be big again. As he drifted into sleep, he hoped his wish would come true.

Max woke up with a jolt and found himself back in his big, lovable body. He sighed with relief, realizing it was all a dream.

Max felt a newfound appreciation for his size. He realized that being big had its own advantages and that he wouldn't trade it for anything.

Max learned a valuable lesson that day. He learned to love himself for who he was, and that being different was what made him special.
