The little girl, tucked in her bed, was in deep thought. She had learnt about energy at school, but it was still a puzzle for her.

As she drifted into sleep, she dreamt of a magical land, where animals could talk, and each had a unique colour and aura around them.

The first animal she met was a bright red rabbit. The rabbit explained, 'I represent the Root Chakra, symbolising stability and grounding.'

Next, she met an orange otter, who said, 'I am the Sacral Chakra. I represent creativity, emotions, and pleasure.'

At the lake, she found a yellow yak. 'I am the Solar Plexus Chakra,' it said, 'I represent personal power, will, and autonomy.'

She then met a green gecko, who stated, 'I am the Heart Chakra, and I symbolise love, compassion, and harmony.'

In the forest, a blue bird sang, 'I am the Throat Chakra, representing communication and truth.'

An indigo iguana then spoke, 'I am the Third Eye Chakra. I represent intuition, insight, and wisdom.'

Finally, she met a violet vulture, who explained, 'I am the Crown Chakra, representing spiritual connection and enlightenment.'

All the animals gathered together, their auras merging to form a beautiful rainbow. They explained, 'Together, we represent the energy within you.'

The little girl woke up, understanding the concept of energy and chakras. She felt an inner peace, knowing she carried this energy within her.

From that day forward, she saw the world and herself differently, appreciating the energy that binds us all.
