Reem and her sister Sahar woke up early in the morning. They brushed their teeth and washed their faces, as they always did. Their mother called them to the kitchen for breakfast.

"I've made your favorite cheese sandwiches, Reem," their mother said, handing them their plates. Reem thanked her mother, her eyes shining with delight.

Sahar smiled as she saw the jam sandwich on her plate. "Thank you, mom," she said, her voice soft. They both washed their hands before starting to eat.

After breakfast, they washed their hands again and started playing with their clay. They enjoyed making different shapes and animals. Their parents joined in the fun, too.

When lunchtime came, they all went to wash their hands. They helped set the table and sat down to enjoy a healthy meal together. They chatted and laughed as they ate.

After lunch, they relaxed and watched some television. Reem and Sahar loved the cartoons, while their parents enjoyed a drama series. They all spent some quality time together.

As evening approached, their father told them it was time to get ready for bed. Both girls went to take a bath and changed into clean night clothes.

Reem and Sahar then brushed their teeth, taking care to clean them thoroughly. They knew that maintaining cleanliness was essential for their health.

"Good night, girls," their mother said, tucking them into bed. They said their goodnights and closed their eyes, ready for a good night's sleep.

The next morning, Reem and Sahar woke up feeling fresh and ready for the day. They brushed their teeth and washed their faces, starting their day just like before.

They had breakfast, played with their toys, and had lunch. In the evening, they took a bath and changed into clean clothes. They brushed their teeth and got ready for bed.

This was their daily routine. They understood the importance of cleanliness and took care to maintain it in their daily activities. It made them feel good and healthy.

Their parents were proud of them. They appreciated their daughters' efforts to keep themselves clean and maintain good hygiene. They knew it would keep them healthy and happy.

"You girls are doing a great job," their mother said one day. "We're proud of you." Reem and Sahar felt happy and proud of themselves too.

They continued with their routine, day after day. They knew that cleanliness was not just about keeping themselves clean, but also about keeping their surroundings clean.

Reem and Sahar also helped their parents clean the house. They dusted, swept, and mopped. They even helped with the dishes and laundry.

One day, their mother said, "I have a surprise for you." She brought out two small badges. They were 'Cleanliness Champion' badges.

"These are for you," their mother said, pinning the badges on their shirts. "You've earned them." Reem and Sahar were overjoyed. They felt proud of their achievement.

From that day onwards, they wore their badges with pride. They continued to maintain cleanliness, not just for the badges, but because they knew it was the right thing to do.

Reem and Sahar understood the importance of cleanliness. They knew it was not just about looking good, but also about feeling good and staying healthy.

They set a good example for their friends too. Many of them started following Reem and Sahar's routine. They understood that cleanliness was something to be proud of.
