The episode starts with Dora and Boots at a party to celebrate Friendship Day. Boots is very excited to see the friendship bracelets.

Benny, Isa, and Tico arrive. Dora explains that when everyone wears the bracelets, they will glow and light up the sky.

Suddenly, Swiper comes to swipe the bracelets. Isa mentions that everyone has to stop him, but they are too late.

However, Dora stops Swiper herself by telling him that they are friendship bracelets, and she even has one for him.

Dora's friends, Amelie from France, N'Dari from Tanzania, Vladimir from Russia and Mei from China, call Dora for help. There are no bracelets in their countries.

Swiper tries to rev up his Swiper-copter to return the bracelets, but it suddenly breaks down. Dora tells him that they can bring back the bracelets together.

First, they must go to the Eiffel Tower in France, then Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, then the Winter Palace in Russia, and then to the Great Wall of China.

In France, they meet Amelie at the Eiffel Tower and give her the friendship bracelet. Amelie thanks them and they continue their journey.

In Tanzania, they climb Mount Kilimanjaro to find N'Dari. They give him his friendship bracelet and he is overjoyed.

At the Winter Palace in Russia, they meet Vladimir who is eagerly waiting for his bracelet. They hand it over and he thanks them.

Finally, they reach the Great Wall of China where Mei waits. They give her the friendship bracelet and she is delighted.

Dora and Swiper return to the party and are welcomed with cheers. Everyone is happy that the friendship bracelets are back.

At the Friendship Day party, there is one more bracelet, and it is for the viewer. Dora gives the viewer their bracelet.

The bracelets begin to glow, meaning everyone has their bracelets on. Dora then tells the viewer to wave his/her friendship bracelet.

As everyone waved, big rainbows shined and lit up the sky as well as fireworks! Now, everyone will be friends forever and ever.

Swiper and Dora have now proven themselves the true World Adventurers, showing the world that everybody can change.
