Elena's excitement was palpable as she packed her favorite swimsuit and bucket and spade. This was her first time visiting the beach and she could not wait!

Her mom, Ana, helped her pack all the essentials - sunscreen, a hat, and a beach towel. Elena was so grateful for her mom's guidance.

Her dad, Boris, prepared a picnic – making sandwiches and packing some fruits. Elena watched as her father carefully planned everything.

Finally, the family got into their car and began the drive to the coast. Elena sat in the backseat, humming along to her favorite songs on the radio.

Soon, they arrived at their beachside hotel. From their room, they could see the sparkling ocean and palm trees. Elena was thrilled to be so close to the sea.

The next day, Elena, Ana, and Boris went straight to the beach. Elena couldn't believe how big and blue the sea was. She was ready for her beach adventure!

Ana taught Elena how to build the perfect sandcastle, while Boris found shells along the shore. They all worked together, laughing and having fun.

Afterward, Boris took Elena to the water's edge. She dipped her toes in the sea for the first time. The water was cool and refreshing.

Then, they all played beach volleyball. Elena served the ball and managed to score a point. Ana cheered her on, and Boris lifted her high in celebration.

It was time for lunch. They sat on the beach, enjoying the sandwiches and fruits that Boris packed earlier. Everything tasted extra delicious at the beach.

After they ate, Elena found a small crab scuttling near their picnic spot. She was fascinated by the tiny creature, watching it disappear into a hole in the sand.

Ana suggested they take a walk along the beach. Elena held her parents' hands as they strolled, leaving footprints in the soft sand.

Boris pointed out different boats in the distance. Elena's imagination soared, thinking of the adventures those sailors must be having.

As the sun began to set, they sat down to watch. The sky turned from blue to orange, then pink, then purple. It was the most beautiful thing Elena had ever seen.

On their way back to the hotel, Elena told her parents about her favorite parts of the day. She couldn't stop smiling, and neither could Ana and Boris.

That night, they enjoyed a delicious dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Elena tried seafood for the first time, and she liked it!

After dinner, they sat on their balcony, watching the stars. Elena noticed how different they looked from the city, much brighter and clearer.

The following days were just as delightful. Elena swam in the sea, collected shells, and built more sandcastles. Every day was a new adventure.

One day, they rented a paddle boat and went out to sea. Elena loved feeling the waves under the boat. She felt like a real sailor!

At the end of their vacation, Elena was sad to leave the beach but happy to have made so many wonderful memories. She fell asleep in the car, dreaming of sandcastles and sea waves.

When they got home, Elena immediately started drawing pictures of their vacation. She drew the beach, the sea, the sandcastles, and even the little crab.

Ana and Boris were so proud of Elena's drawings. They hung them up on the fridge. Now, they could always be reminded of their wonderful beach vacation.

Every night, Elena would ask her parents to tell her stories from their beach adventure. She loved hearing about their vacation, reliving those precious memories.

One day, Elena said, "I can't wait to go back to the beach!" Ana and Boris laughed, promising they would return when it was summer again.

Until then, Elena will continue to dream of the beach. Every day is an adventure at home, but she knows that nothing compares to the thrill of the sea and sand.
