In a little town lived a student named Godzilla. He was tall and strong, with rough, scaly skin, just like a dinosaur. But sometimes, Godzilla got very, very mad.

When Godzilla got mad, he could feel his body getting hot, and his hands would ball into fists. He didn't mean to scare anyone, but he didn't know how to control his anger.

One day, his teacher, Miss Mothra, noticed he was mad. She was nice, and always wore colorful dresses.

Miss Mothra approached Godzilla and said, "Godzilla, I see that you're feeling mad. Would you like to learn a way to feel better?" Godzilla said yes.

"When you're feeling mad, try to take turtle breaths," she suggested. 1. Breath in 2. Hold it for 3 seconds 3. Breath out

Godzilla practiced with her. He closed his eyes, breathed in, held his breath for 1, 2, 3, and then breathed out. He did this several times, and it did help him feel calmer.

The next day, Godzilla felt his body getting hot again, and his hands began to ball into fists. He remembered what Miss Mothra had taught him.

He closed his eyes, took a deep breath in, counted to 3, and then breathed out slowly. Godzilla did this a few times, and he felt his body start to cool down.

Over time, Godzilla got better at recognizing when he was mad. He could feel his body getting hot and his hands balling into fists. And when that happened, he knew what to do.

He would close his eyes, take deep breaths in and out, and imagine his body cooling down. This would help Godzilla feel calmer and less angry.

Godzilla was happy he could take turtle breaths. He didn't get mad as often, and when he did, he knew how to calm himself down. His friends, mom, and teachers were happy too.

Miss Mothra was also proud of Godzilla. She congratulated him on his hard work, "Good job, Godzilla! You can take turtle breaths when you are mad."

Godzilla thanked Miss Mothra for teaching him how to stay calm. He was happy that he could now calm down and not scare his friends.

From then on, whenever Godzilla felt himself getting mad, he would stop, take a deep breath, count to three, and breath out. And Godzilla felt happy.

His friends were happy too. They saw that Godzilla was trying his best to manage his feelings and appreciated his efforts. Everyone was proud of Godzilla's progress.

And so, Godzilla learned that it's okay to feel mad, but it's important to know how to calm down. And used his turtle breaths!

Now, Godzilla is known as the student who knows how to stay calm. His friends are learning to stay calm too!

In the end, Godzilla learned more than just how to calm down. He learned about self-control, patience, and understanding his emotions. This made him a better friend and a happier student.

Godzilla showed all his classmates how to take turtle breaths by: 1. Breathing in 2. counting to 3 3. Breathing out

So, whenever Godzilla felt his body getting hot and his hands balling into fists, he knew what to do. He closed his eyes, breathed in, counted to 3, and breathed out. And he imagined his body cooling down.

So, the next time you feel your body getting hot and your hands balling into fists, remember Godzilla. Take a deep breath, imagine your body cooling down, and stay calm.
