    Guus Guus woke up with a big smile on his face. Today was a special day!

    His room was filled with crane toys, books, and posters.

    Everything was ready for the adventure ahead." Pleun, are we going to see the big crane today?" Guus asked, his eyes wide with excitement."Yes, we are!" said Pleun, helping him get dressed.

    Guus put on his favorite blue denim overalls and his little boots.

    Guus , with his hand tightly in Joep's hand, stepped outside. The sun was shining brightly.

    Joep, his dad, smiled and said, "Let's go see the big crane, Guus !" Guus could barely wait. He loved cranes more than anything.

    When they arrived, Guus looked up in awe.There it was – the biggest crane he had ever seen!" Joep Dad, it’s HUGE!" Guus exclaimed, his eyes sparkling. Joep smiled, pointing at the crane.

    "That’s where I work, Guus . It’s a really special machine."

    Joep lifted Guus into the crane’s cabin. Guus felt like the luckiest boy in the world.

    He sat on his dad’s ( Joep ) lap, watching in wonder as Joep moved the levers."Wow, look how high we are!" Guus said, leaning out the window, his heart racing with excitement."It’s fun, huh?" Joep chuckled, showing Guus how to carefully control the crane.

    After the exciting crane adventure, Joep and Guus got into the car and headed to Grandpa's house."Do you want to see the mini crane, Guus ?" Joep asked."Yes, please!" Guus said eagerly.

    At Grandpa's house, Guus knew there was always something exciting to see, especially the cows in the meadow.

    When they arrived, Grandpa was waiting with a big smile on his face. "Ready to help, Guus ?" Grandpa asked.

    He wasn’t a farmer, but he had a small crane that he used to help around the meadow. Guus nodded enthusiastically.

    His heart was racing. This was going to be fun!
