Hannah sat on the couch in her dimly lit living room, the rain tapping insistently against the windows Lightning danced across the sky, followed by the growl of thunder

She hugged her knees tightly, trying to be brave as the storm raged outside.

Suddenly, the lights flickered and went out, plunging the room into complete darkness The familiar hum of electricity was replaced by the sound of the storm

Hannah sat still, listening to the rain and wind She felt something soft and fluffy behind her, making her heart race

"Is it a monster?" she whispered, her voice barely audible over the storm.

Gathering her courage, Hannah reached behind her and touched the fluffy object It wasn't scary at all

A flash of lightning lit up the room, and she saw that it was her favorite blanket She laughed, relief washing over her

"It was just my blanket!" she exclaimed, feeling silly for being scared.

Hannah wrapped the blanket around her shoulders, feeling warm and safe She stared out the window, imagining the storm as a friendly giant playing outside

Each clap of thunder was like the giant's laughter, and the rain was a dance of sparkling raindrops "Maybe the storm is just having fun," she thought, smiling to herself.

With her fears turned into curiosity, Hannah snuggled deeper into her blanket She listened to the rhythm of the storm, feeling like she was part of a grand adventure

"Storms aren't so scary after all," she said softly, enjoying the cozy comfort of her blanket.

As the storm began to wane, Hannah felt a sense of peace The lightning and thunder became a gentle lullaby, and the rain a soothing melody

She closed her eyes, dreaming of magical creatures and friendly giants, knowing she was safe at home with her beloved blanket.
