    On the peak of Mount Crumpit lived the Grinch, a grumpy creature who hated Christmas with every fiber of his being.

    Every year, he watched as the Whos in the town below celebrated Christmas with cheer and joy, something he could never understand.

    Meanwhile, the Whos of Whoville were busy preparing for their most beloved holiday, Christmas. They sang carols, decorated trees, and shared gifts.

    Their happiness and cheerfulness echoed through the mountains, reaching the Grinch's ears, making him even more miserable.

    The Grinch decided he'd had enough. He devised a wicked plan to steal Christmas from the Whos and end their incessant cheerfulness.
