Emma woke up, feeling like her thoughts were tangled, just like a bowl of spaghetti. She was unsure of what she was feeling.

Emma tried to go about her morning routine but the jumbled thoughts made everything seem harder. She realized she needed to untangle her 'Spaghetti Brain'.

Seeing Emma's struggle, her mom suggested they should try to solve the 'Spaghetti Brain' together, just like they would untangle a real bowl of spaghetti.

Emma's mom explained that it's okay to have mixed feelings. She suggested that Emma could try to identify each feeling, just like she would pick out each strand of spaghetti.

At school, Emma tried to apply what her mom taught her. She identified her feelings as she went through her day, untangling her 'Spaghetti Brain'.

Emma's teacher noticed the change in her and praised her for handling her emotions well. Emma felt proud and happy, another strand untangled.

Emma returned home and shared her day with her mom. She realized that talking about her feelings helped untangle the 'Spaghetti Brain' further.

Her mom praised her for her efforts and encouraged her to keep practicing. Emma felt understood and loved, another strand untangled.

Before bedtime, Emma reflected on her day. She felt proud of herself for managing her emotions and untangling her 'Spaghetti Brain'.

Emma realized that it was okay to have a 'Spaghetti Brain' sometimes. She knew she had the tools to untangle it and that made her feel confident.

Her mom tucked her in and praised her for her bravery. She told Emma that she was proud of her for managing her 'Spaghetti Brain'.

As Emma drifted off to sleep, she felt happy and peaceful. Her 'Spaghetti Brain' was untangled and she was looking forward to a new day.
