Once upon a time, in a kingdom far away, lived a charming prince named Alexander and a beautiful princess named Isabella. They loved each other dearly, their hearts bound by a love as pure as a mountain spring.

Every day, they would escape from the castle to explore the magical forest nearby, hand in hand. Their laughter echoed through the woods, enchanting the creatures living there.

However, a wicked witch named Morana, who lived deep within the forest, grew jealous of their happiness. She despised love, for her heart was cold as stone.

Morana decided to curse the loving couple. She cast a spell which made them forget the way back to their castle. They were lost in the forest, their happiness replaced with fear.

Days turned into nights, and the prince and the princess wandered aimlessly. They missed their kingdom, their family, and the warmth of their castle.

One day, as they were walking, they stumbled upon a peculiar tree with golden apples. Alexander decided to climb the tree to fetch an apple for Isabella.

As soon as he touched the apple, a blinding light appeared, and a magical creature named Flora revealed herself. She was the guardian of the enchanted forest.

Flora had been watching over the couple and knew about Morana's wicked spell. She decided to help them and gave them a riddle to solve, which would break the curse.

The riddle was: "What is always in front of you but can't be seen?" Alexander and Isabella pondered over the riddle. It was indeed a difficult one.

After a lot of thinking, Isabella suddenly exclaimed, "The future!" She was right. The future is always in front of us, but we can't see it.

A shimmering path appeared before them as soon as Isabella solved the riddle. They thanked Flora and quickly set off on the path that would lead them home.

As they walked down the path, they noticed that the once dark forest was now full of light and colors. The spell had been broken, and the forest was enchanting once again.

Meanwhile, Morana felt a jolt of powerlessness. She realized that the prince and princess had broken the curse. Her wicked grin turned into a frown.

However, the couple was not aware of Morana's wrath. They continued their journey, their hearts filled with hope and joy. They were finally going home.

When they reached the castle, they were welcomed with cheers and tears of joy. Their family had been worried sick but were now relieved to see them safe.

The prince and princess shared their adventure in the forest, about Morana, and how Flora helped them. The kingdom celebrated their return and the breaking of the curse.

Alexander and Isabella learned a valuable lesson from their adventure. They understood the importance of hope and perseverance in the face of adversity.

As for Morana, she realized the power of true love and kindness. She felt a change in her heart and decided to turn away from her wicked ways.

From that day, the enchanted forest remained a place of beauty and magic. The prince and princess often visited, but this time, they were not lost but exploring.

They lived happily in their kingdom, spreading love and kindness wherever they went. And the story of their adventure became a legend told for generations.

So, the tale tells us that even in the darkest times, love and hope can guide us home. And every wicked heart has a chance for redemption.
