    A peculiar doctor visited the school, carrying an unusual machine. He was there to examine the health of the 10-year-old girls in a rather unconventional way.

    The teacher, a stern young woman, briefed the girls about the doctor's visit. She warned them that those who didn't comply would be punished.

    The girls lined up, their faces turning red with embarrassment. They had no choice but to comply with the strange examination.

    In the line was Serene, a mischievous 10-year-old. She was the fifth in line, and she had a plan to lighten the mood.

    One by one, each girl walked out of the gymnasium, their faces as red as a tomato. The teacher and the doctor watched them closely.

    Finally, it was Serene's turn. She walked in with a mischievous grin, ready to execute her plan.

    Inside, the doctor prepared his machine as Serene climbed onto the examination table. She looked at the strange device with curious eyes.

    As the doctor placed the machine near her, Serene let out the loudest fart she could muster. The machine beeped loudly, startling the doctor.

    The sound of laughter filled the gymnasium. Serene had broken the tension with her loud fart, and the teacher couldn't help but chuckle.

    The doctor, recovering from the surprise, joined in the laughter. The strange examination didn't seem so embarrassing anymore.

    As the school day ended, the girls waved goodbye to the doctor. He smiled, his strange machine in his hand, ready for his next school visit.
