One sunny day, a little squirrel was hopping around the forest, looking for nuts. His tiny eyes sparkled with joy as he found a big acorn.

Suddenly, a giraffe came walking through the trees. He saw the squirrel and asked, 'Hey, little friend, would you like to play hide-and-seek with me?'

The squirrel nodded excitedly, and they started the game. The giraffe closed his eyes and began to count, while the squirrel scurried off to hide.

The squirrel found a small hole at the base of a tree and decided to hide there. He squeezed in and waited quietly.

When the giraffe finished counting, he opened his eyes and started to look for the squirrel. He peeked behind trees and under bushes, but couldn't find the squirrel.

After a while, the giraffe heard a tiny giggle coming from a tree. He looked down and saw the squirrel hiding in the hole. 'Found you!' he exclaimed.

Now it was the squirrel's turn to seek. The giraffe hid behind a tall tree, trying to blend in. The squirrel started counting with his eyes closed.

When the squirrel opened his eyes, he looked around. He saw something tall behind a tree. 'Is that you, Mr. Giraffe?' he asked, running towards the tree.

The giraffe laughed and came out from behind the tree. 'You found me, little friend!' he said, smiling down at the squirrel.

They played hide-and-seek all day, taking turns to hide and seek. They laughed and had a great time together.

As the sun started to set, they decided to go home. 'Let's play again tomorrow,' the squirrel suggested. The giraffe nodded, 'Yes, let's do that.'

And so, they went their separate ways, promising to meet again the next day for another fun game of hide-and-seek in the forest.
