Timmy was a bright and curious boy who loved learning new things at his school. One day, their teacher Mrs. Brown decided to teach them a special lesson.

Mrs. Brown began the class with a Bible verse, 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.' - Mark 12:31. She then started to tell them the story of the Good Samaritan.

Mrs. Brown narrated, 'Once there was a man who was hurt by robbers and left on the side of the road. Many people passed by, but no one stopped to help him.'

She continued, 'Finally, a Samaritan came by. Despite their differences, he helped the man. He treated his wounds and made sure he was safe.'

After school, Timmy saw Bobby, a shy boy from his class, struggling to carry his heavy backpack. He remembered the story of the Good Samaritan.

Just like the Samaritan, Timmy decided to help Bobby. He helped carry Bobby's backpack and they walked home together, laughing and sharing stories.

Timmy realized that by helping Bobby, he had practiced 'loving thy neighbor.' He felt happy knowing he had made a difference, just like the Good Samaritan.

When Timmy got home, he excitedly told his mother about his day. She hugged him and said, 'I'm so proud of you, Timmy. You understood the true meaning of the Bible verse.'

'Remember, Timmy,' his mother said, 'always be kind and help others when you can. That's what Jesus taught us.' Timmy nodded, the lesson of the Good Samaritan etched in his heart.

'And whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them.' - Matthew 7:12. Timmy understood that this was the Golden Rule, the essence of the Good Samaritan's story.

That night, as Timmy lay in his bed, he made a promise to himself. He decided that he would always try to be a Good Samaritan, just like in the Bible story.

And so, Timmy fell asleep, dreams of kindness and love filling his heart. The story of the Good Samaritan had found a new home in a little boy's heart, ready to inspire goodness and compassion.
