Tommy was a lively boy, full of energy. But his energy often turned into aggression, causing trouble in class. He would snatch toys, push others, and shout loudly.

Miss Lily, the preschool teacher, noticed Tommy's behavior. She was concerned about his aggression and the impact it had on the other children.

Miss Lily decided to talk with Tommy's mom about his behavior. She explained the situation and suggested they work together to help Tommy understand his actions.

Tommy's mom agreed and thanked Miss Lily for her concern. They decided to meet regularly to track Tommy's progress.

The next day, Miss Lily introduced a new activity, 'The Kindness Jar', where each child would write down a kind act they did each day.

Tommy seemed interested. As days passed, he started participating and slowly began to understand the importance of kindness.

One day, a child tripped and fell on the playground. To everyone's surprise, Tommy rushed to help, offering a kind hand.

Miss Lily watched from afar, a proud smile on her face. Tommy was learning, growing, and most importantly, understanding kindness.

Miss Lily shared Tommy's progress with his mom. The relief and joy in his mom's eyes were priceless.

She thanked Miss Lily for her patience and the effective 'Kindness Jar' activity. She noticed a positive change in Tommy at home too.

Tommy was awarded 'The Most Improved Student of the Year'. His joy knew no bounds, and he ran to share the news with Miss Lily.

Miss Lily hugged Tommy, proud of his progress. Tommy's story of transformation reminded everyone about the power of empathy and kindness.
