In a small patch of lush green garden lived a lonely worm. He was small and earthy brown, always wriggling, always alone. He yearned for a friend with whom he could share his little wormy thoughts.

One day, a buzzing bumble bee visited the garden. The lonely worm, filled with hope, wriggled out of his hole to greet the bee. But the bee was too busy with the flowers and didn't notice him.

Next, a beautiful butterfly fluttered into the garden. The worm tried to catch her attention, but she was too high up, fluttering from one flower to another, oblivious to the lonely worm.

Finally, a small sparrow perched on a branch nearby. The worm called out, but the sparrow was too busy singing and didn't hear him. The worm felt more lonely than ever.

As the sun set, rain began to pour. The worm went back into his hole, feeling sad and lonely. He watched the rain from his tiny hole, his hopes of finding a friend fading away.

After the rain stopped, another worm emerged from a nearby hole. The lonely worm noticed him and wriggled over. The other worm noticed him too and wriggled closer. The lonely worm felt a flicker of hope.

The next day, under the bright sun, the lonely worm and the other worm spent the day together. They wriggled around the garden, shared wormy thoughts, and had a lot of fun.

They spent the whole day together, the lonely worm no longer feeling lonely. The other worm turned out to be just the friend he needed, someone who understood his wormy thoughts.

As the sun began to set, they watched the colors of the sky change together. The lonely worm realized that he had finally found a friend, and he was happy.

From that day on, the garden wasn't lonely anymore. The two worms spent their days together, wriggling around, sharing thoughts, and enjoying each other's company.

Months passed, and the garden was now filled with many small worm holes. The two worms had become inseparable, always seen wriggling around together, sharing their wormy adventures.

The lonely worm was no longer lonely. He had found a friend who understood him and shared his world. The garden was now a place of friendship and joy, and it was all thanks to the two little worms.
