Lily, a little lamb, was a curious creature. She loved exploring the vast green meadow, but one day, she found herself lost. She roamed aimlessly until the shepherd found her.

The shepherd was a gentle man who cared deeply for his flock. When he saw Lily wandering, he left the other sheep to bring her back.

"Shepherd, why did you leave the ninety-nine to find me?" asked Lily with a puzzled look on her face.

The shepherd smiled warmly, his eyes twinkling with kindness. "Ah, dear Lily, let me tell you a story as sweet as the spring breeze."

He explained how every sheep was precious to him and how he would go to great lengths to find a lost one, just like God seeks us when we stray from His love.

Lily listened intently, her eyes wide with wonder. "So, God rejoices when He finds us again?" she asked.

The shepherd nodded, "Exactly, dear Lily. Just like I rejoice over you. For in His eyes, every lost one is worth finding, every wandering soul is worth saving."

Lily's heart filled with warmth at the shepherd's words. She felt cherished and loved, not just by her shepherd but also by God.

The shepherd shared a verse from Luke 15:4-7, "Rejoice with me; I have found my lost sheep." This resonated deeply with Lily.

That day, Lily learned a valuable lesson about love and care. She realized that she wasn't just a part of the flock, but an important individual to her shepherd and to God.

From then on, Lily carried the shepherd's words in her heart. She understood that no matter how far she strayed, she was always worth finding, always worth saving.

And so, Lily, once a lost lamb, became a beacon of hope and love within the flock, reminding them all of the shepherd's love and the joy of being found.
