Once upon a time, in the Claim Garden, the Analysts were busy tending to the plants. The garden was alive with the rhythm of numbers dancing and paperwork singing.

A new claim plant named Lily sprouted in the garden. She was excited but also worried, wondering how the Primary Service Tree would decide which plants to help first.

The Analysts gathered around Lily and explained the 'Hierarchy of Help', a system that decided which plants received help first based on the 'Qualification Rules'.

Lily asked what would happen if the Primary Service Tree couldn't give all the help needed to one plant. The Analysts explained that the tree would then share its magic with the next plant in line.

As days passed, Lily watched the Analysts use their special tools like REST Services and BPA Rules Engine, with tiny helpers called IoT Messengers gathering information.

Lily noticed a new area in the garden, the 'Claim as a Whole Qualifier Group', where all the rules and tools were kept. The Analysts could go there anytime to find the right rules to help the plants grow.
