    Yehia and Karim were two bright and energetic boys who loved to play all day long. They would often stay up late, resisting their parents' pleas to sleep early. Their parents always told them that sleeping early would make them wake up early, refreshed and ready for a new day.

    One night, after a long day of playing, Yehia and Karim found themselves unable to sleep. They were restless and kept tossing and turning in their beds.
