In a small winter village lived a jovial snowman named Frosty. He was loved by the children, but Frosty had a dream - a dream to travel to far off places.

Every night, Frosty would close his coal eyes and dream. He would dream of traveling to a place full of sun, sand, and new friends. The desert was where Frosty wanted to be.

One day, Frosty found himself in his dream, the desert. He was amazed by the vast golden dunes, the tall cacti, and the blazing sun in the blue sky.

Frosty was excited. He rolled down the dunes, leaving a snowy trail behind. It was fun but his snowy body started to drip. The desert was hot, much hotter than he had imagined.

Frosty soon found shade under a large cactus. He was relieved. The cacti were prickly but kind and they welcomed Frosty to their desert home.

Frosty quickly became friends with the cacti. They told him stories about the desert and its inhabitants. Frosty loved these stories. He felt like he was part of a new family.

As night fell, the desert cooled down. Frosty came out of the shade and marveled at the starry sky. He had never seen so many stars before. The desert was truly magical.

Frosty spent the night listening to the desert's lullaby, the gentle rustle of the wind and the distant hoot of an owl. He felt peaceful. His dream had come true.

The next morning, Frosty woke up to the warm desert sun. He was starting to melt again, but he didn't mind. He had lived his dream and made new friends.

Frosty said his goodbyes to the cacti. They were sad to see him go but promised to remember him. Frosty was happy. He had finally experienced the desert.

Frosty found himself back in his snowy village. He was now just a small mound of snow, but the children were already building him anew. He was home.

Frosty was happy to be back but he was even happier to have lived his dream. He knew he would dream again, of new places, new friends, and new adventures.
