Once upon a time, on a snowy, sunny day, a little boy named Max was building a snowman. He wanted it to be the most magnificent snowman in the world.

After hours of rolling and sculpting, Max's masterpiece was finally complete. He named the snowman Frosty because of his icy, shiny surface.

Max spent all day playing with Frosty. They would have snowball fights, build snow forts, and even pretend to go on grand adventures together.

As the sun began to set, Max felt worried. He knew that as soon as the sun rose the next day, Frosty might start to melt.

Max decided to make a wish upon a star that Frosty would not melt, and they could continue their adventures together.

The next morning, Max rushed out to check on Frosty. He was relieved to see that Frosty was still there, standing tall and bright under the morning sun.

For the next few days, Max and Frosty continued their games and adventures. However, as the days got warmer, Max noticed Frosty starting to shrink.

Max was sad to see his friend Frosty slowly melting away. He tried to think of ways to save Frosty from the warmth of the sun.

Then, Max had an idea. He decided to build a shelter over Frosty to protect him from the sun's rays.

Max worked tirelessly, building a roof over Frosty. His hope was that the shade would keep Frosty cool and stop him from melting.

The next day, Max was happy to see that Frosty didn't melt anymore. He was so excited that he spent the whole day playing with Frosty under their new shelter.

However, Frosty seemed different. He wasn't as shiny as before, and his cheerful smile seemed a little dull.

Max realized that while Frosty was saved from melting, he was missing the warmth of the sun. He understood that Frosty needed the sun just as much as he needed the cold.

Max decided to remove the shelter. He told Frosty that he would rather have a few days of fun under the sun than a long time in the shade.

As the sun's rays touched Frosty again, he started to shine brightly. His smile was back, and he seemed happier than ever.

Max and Frosty enjoyed the rest of the day under the sun, playing their favorite games and having the best time together.

Over the next few days, Frosty did start to melt. But Max was not sad anymore. He knew that he had given Frosty the happiest days under the sun.

When Frosty finally melted away, Max was left with a puddle and a carrot. He picked up the carrot and smiled, promising to build Frosty again when winter came.

Max learned that true friendship is not about holding on to someone forever. It's about creating the best memories while you can, even if it's for a short time.

As he watched the sun set, Max felt a warm feeling in his heart. He knew that Frosty was not really gone. He would always be with Max, in his memories and in the joy of their shared adventures.

That winter, when the first snowfall came, Max built Frosty again. And once more, they had the best time playing under the sun, creating memories that would last a lifetime.
