Once upon a time, there were three little pigs who lived in a cozy house with their mother. But as they grew older, the mother pig decided it was time for them to go out into the world and build homes of their own.

The first pig, the youngest, was a bit lazy. He decided to build his house out of straw because it was the easiest material to gather. He finished his house quickly and spent the rest of the day relaxing.

The second pig, the middle one, was a bit more industrious but still wanted to finish quickly. He chose to build his house out of sticks, thinking it would be sturdier than straw but still quick to assemble.

The third pig, the oldest, was hardworking and wise. He understood the importance of building a safe and sturdy home. He chose to build his house out of bricks, even though it would take much longer.

Not far from where the pigs lived, there was a big bad wolf. He had a keen sense of smell and soon picked up the scent of the pigs. He decided to pay them a visit, with the intention of making them his dinner.

The wolf first visited the house of straw. He knocked on the door and politely asked the first pig to let him in. But the piglet, having been warned by his mother of such dangers, refused.

Undeterred, the wolf huffed and puffed and blew the house down. The little pig, however, was quick and managed to run away to his brother's house of sticks before the wolf could catch him.

The wolf, not one to give up easily, followed the little pig to the second house. Again, he knocked on the door and asked to be let in. But the two pigs, now together, refused.

With a huff and a puff, the wolf blew the house of sticks down. But once again, the pigs were quick. They managed to escape and run to their oldest brother's house of bricks before the wolf could catch them.

The wolf arrived at the house of bricks, more determined than ever. He knocked on the door and asked to be let in. But the three pigs, now together, refused. The wolf huffed and puffed, but this time, he couldn't blow the house down.

The wolf was not ready to give up. He thought of a cunning plan. He climbed up onto the roof to enter the house through the chimney. But the clever oldest pig had a plan of his own.

He quickly lit a fire in the fireplace. As the wolf came down the chimney, he landed straight into a boiling pot. This gave him such a fright that he jumped out of the chimney and ran away, never to bother the pigs again.

The three pigs celebrated their victory. They were safe at last in the sturdy brick house. They had learned a valuable lesson about the importance of hard work and careful planning.

From that day forward, the three pigs lived happily together in the brick house. They worked hard and played hard, and never again underestimated the value of a strong and sturdy home.
