Lea was excited as she stepped off the school bus. She was always eager to learn new things and meet new friends at school. Today was special, a new student was joining their class.

Lea noticed a new boy standing alone, looking lost. His uniform was different and his accent unfamiliar. She remembered her teacher saying he was from another country.

In the classroom, Lea noticed the new boy sitting alone. She felt a pull to help him feel included. She went over and introduced herself, 'Hi, I'm Lea. Welcome to our school!'

The boy smiled shyly and said, 'Hello, I'm Raj. I just moved here.' Lea could tell he was nervous. She assured him, 'Don't worry, Raj. You'll love it here!'

Throughout the day, Lea included Raj in all the activities. She introduced him to her friends, helped him understand the lessons, and even shared her lunch with him.

At recess, Lea invited Raj to play with her and her friends. They played tag, and Raj's laughter echoed in the playground. He was starting to feel comfortable.

Lea could see Raj opening up. His eyes sparkled with joy, and he was eager to participate in class. He was no longer the shy new student; he was part of the class.

As the school day ended, Lea and Raj walked to the school bus together. They chatted about their favorite books, games, and Raj's country. They were becoming fast friends.

Lea bid Raj goodbye as he got off at his stop. She promised to meet him at the bus stop the next day. She was happy to have a new friend and excited about learning about his culture.

As Lea reached her home, she couldn't stop talking about her day. She told her parents all about Raj and how she helped him fit in at school.

Her parents were proud of her. They appreciated her kindness and thoughtfulness. 'Inclusion is important, Lea. Everyone deserves to feel welcome and accepted,' they told her.

Lea went to bed that night with a heart full of happiness. She had learned a valuable lesson of inclusion that day. And she knew she had made a difference in Raj's life.
