Bindo, a poor widow, had managed to raise her only son, Gangi, amidst countless hardships. Gangi, now grown up, was an honest and hardworking young man, but unemployed.

One day, Gangi landed a job in the city. He promised his mother that he would send money home soon. Bindo was overjoyed and eagerly awaited her son's return.

As days turned into weeks, Bindo's joy turned into despair. She spent her days worrying and praying for her son's well-being. Yet, she held onto hope, eagerly awaiting her son's return.

Finally, one day, Gangi returned to the village. However, he was not the same. He had started drinking with his friends and paid little attention to his home.

Bindo was heartbroken to see her son's condition. She tried to reason with him, but her words fell on deaf ears. Gangi was lost in his new lifestyle.

One night, Gangi returned home drunk. Bindo, filled with anger and disappointment, reprimanded him. But Gangi ignored her and left to join his friends again.

Bindo was left alone, tears streaming down her face. She made one last attempt to make her son understand the consequences of his actions.

She waited for Gangi, hoping her words had made an impact. But Gangi, lost in his world, was oblivious to his mother's pleas.

Days passed, and Gangi's habits showed no signs of improvement. Bindo, however, remained hopeful, praying for her son's redemption.
