Luke loved his morning runs. The fresh air, the quiet streets, and the overall sense of tranquility set the perfect start to his day. His toned physique was a testament to his disciplined lifestyle.

His job as a software engineer was demanding, but Luke managed to balance work and fitness effortlessly. Healthy eating and regular workouts were integral parts of his routine.

Things began to change when Luke was promoted to a managerial position. The new role brought along higher stress levels and longer working hours, leaving him with little time for his workouts.

Luke's diet also took a hit. He began to rely heavily on fast foods and takeaway meals due to the lack of time. He started gaining weight, and his physique began to change.

His clothes started feeling tighter, and he had to buy new ones to accommodate his growing size. But Luke shrugged it off, attributing it to work stress.

The once-daily runs turned into weekly, then monthly, and eventually stopped altogether. Luke's once toned body was now hidden under a layer of fat.

Luke's friends started noticing his weight gain. They suggested him to start working out again, but he dismissed their concerns, saying he was too busy.

He stopped looking at himself in the mirror, avoiding the reality of his growing size. His confidence started dwindling, and he became more reclusive.

He was now using food as a coping mechanism for his stress. Late-night binge-eating became a regular occurrence. His weight shot up to 140kg.

Finally, when he hit the 150kg mark, he could no longer ignore his health issues. He was constantly out of breath and had frequent chest pains.

The doctor's stern warning about his deteriorating health hit him hard. He realized he had to make drastic changes to his lifestyle if he wanted to live a long, healthy life.

He had a long journey ahead, filled with challenges and obstacles. But he was determined to regain his health and turn his life around. From fit to fat, Luke's journey was a wake-up call.
