    Alex Santiago, a young entrepreneur from San Juan, Puerto Rico, was always fascinated by the legacy of the iconic brand, Holsum. He grew up hearing stories of how Holsum bakeries and their delightful products were an integral part of every Puerto Rican household in the past.
