Shirley and Jenny were not just colleagues, they were best friends. Both nurses at the city hospital, they had an unbreakable bond. They confided in each other about everything, from their work frustrations to their love lives.

However, their friendship was tested when they both fell for the same man: Dr. Peters. He was charming, intelligent, and incredibly handsome. They both admired him, and the rivalry began.

Shirley was the first to confess her feelings to Dr. Peters. To her surprise, he reciprocated her feelings, and they started a romantic relationship.

Jenny felt a sting of jealousy when she found out about their relationship. She had always been the competitive one, and losing to Shirley was a bitter pill to swallow.

A few months into their relationship, Shirley discovered she was pregnant. She was overjoyed and immediately shared the news with Jenny, unaware of her friend's inner turmoil.

Jenny, hiding her jealousy, congratulated Shirley. Seeing an opportunity, she offered to help Shirley with her morning sickness using hypnotism.

Shirley, trusting her friend completely, agreed. She was desperate for relief from the constant nausea and vomiting.

Jenny hypnotized Shirley, who fell into a deep sleep. Jenny then planted a suggestion in her mind, instructing her to go to the clinic for an abortion.

In her hypnotic state, Shirley followed Jenny's instructions. She scheduled an appointment at the clinic and signed the consent form for the procedure.

She also requested for anaesthesia, as instructed by Jenny while under hypnosis. She told the doctor that there would be no stopping, even if she changed her mind.

On the day of the procedure, as the anaesthesia mask was placed over her face, Shirley woke up from the trance. She was confused and disoriented, not understanding why she was in the clinic.

She immediately asked for Dr. Peters, who rushed to the clinic as soon as he got the call. Seeing Shirley in distress, he was deeply concerned.

When Dr. Peters learned about the scheduled procedure, he was shocked. He knew Shirley wanted the baby, and he couldn't understand why she would suddenly decide to terminate the pregnancy.

Shirley, still in a state of confusion, couldn't remember scheduling the procedure. She was terrified, and Dr. Peters comforted her, assuring her that the procedure wouldn't proceed.

As she calmed down, Shirley remembered Jenny's hypnosis session. She began to suspect that Jenny may have had something to do with her inexplicable actions.

Shirley decided to confront Jenny. She was heartbroken and couldn't believe her best friend could betray her in such a way.

Jenny, however, denied any wrongdoing. She claimed she had only tried to help Shirley with her morning sickness and had no idea about the abortion.

Shirley, however, didn't believe Jenny. She felt betrayed and decided to end their friendship. She also reported Jenny to the hospital management.

The management took the matter seriously. They suspended Jenny pending an investigation and she was forbidden to practice hypnosis on any patients.

Dr. Peters supported Shirley throughout the ordeal. He was deeply hurt by Jenny's betrayal and vowed to protect Shirley and their unborn baby.

As the days passed, Shirley slowly recovered from the traumatic experience. She focused on her pregnancy and the joy of becoming a mother.

Dr. Peters proposed to Shirley, promising to be there for her and their baby. Shirley accepted, finding solace and happiness in their love.

Meanwhile, Jenny was left to face the consequences of her actions. She lost her job, her best friend, and the man she loved.

With time, Shirley forgave Jenny but decided to keep her distance. Jenny, filled with regret, realized the magnitude of her mistake and vowed to make amends.

In the end, Jenny's betrayal served as a harsh reminder of the destructive power of jealousy. It cost her everything and left an indelible mark on Shirley's life.
