In a small town called Brightsville, there was a ten-year-old boy named Sam. Sam was a bright, lively child, always full of questions and eager to explore the world around him.

Sam attended Brightsville Elementary, where he was known to be a bit of a troublemaker. He often talked back to his teachers and didn't pay attention in class.

One day, a new teacher named Mr. Thompson joined the school. He was assigned to Sam's class, and Sam saw this as an opportunity for mischief.

However, Mr. Thompson was unlike any teacher Sam had met before. He did not get angry with Sam's misbehavior, instead, he offered him extra help after class.

Sam was puzzled by Mr. Thompson's kindness and began to wonder why he was being so nice. He decided to test Mr. Thompson's patience further.
