There was a boy who never liked washing. The cool water on his skin gave him chills, and the soap always got in his eyes. So, he just avoided it altogether.

His mother was always scolding him. "You need to wash, or your hands will turn into paws," she would say. But the boy didn't believe her. He just laughed and ran off, leaving dirty footprints behind.

Over time, his hands and feet started to darken and harden. Even his nose turned a little black. But he still wouldn't wash. He found it all amusing and continued to play outside, barefoot and dirty.

One day, he decided to run off into the forest, away from his mother's scolding. He thought he could live with the wolves. He was more like them anyway, he thought.

But the wolves didn't accept him right away. They sniffed him and growled, "You smell like humans. Wash off in the swamp and then you can join us," they demanded.

So the boy washed in the swamp, scrubbing off the human smell. When he came out, he was finally clean. The wolves accepted him, and started to teach him how to hunt and live like them.

But as he washed, the boy remembered the comforts of home. The taste of chips and cakes, the warmth of his bed. He decided to return home, leaving the wolves behind.

His parents were surprised but happy to see him. They fed him his favorite foods and even let him sleep in their bed that night. But the boy noticed something strange. His hands and feet were still like paws.

Even though he washed, he still had paws. And his nose was still black. He realized his mother's warning had come true. He had become a dog. But he wasn't scared. He was happy.

His parents accepted him as he was. They took him for walks and fed him the best kibbles. He enjoyed his new life and was happier than ever.

After his walks, he would wash his paws and shake out his fur. He was clean and sweet, a well-behaved dog. He had learned his lesson about washing, and he was happy to be a dog.

The boy, now a dog, lived happily with his parents. He enjoyed his walks, his kibbles, and even his baths. He had become a part of the family, a beloved pet.

And so, the boy who didn't like washing became a dog. He learned the importance of cleanliness and enjoyed his new life. It was a strange journey, but a happy one.

In the end, the boy learned that being clean wasn't so bad. In fact, it was quite nice. And although he wasn't a boy anymore, he was still loved and cared for. That was all that mattered.

His life was different, but it was good. He was happy, and that was the most important thing. The boy who became a dog was a strange tale, but a happy one. And that's how he liked it.
