Tom, a teenage boy, gets mysteriously transformed into his little sister Lily's teddy bear. He finds himself in Lily's room, surrounded by other stuffed toys.

Lily, unaware of the transformation, uses Tom as a cushion and sits on him while watching TV all day, releasing her gas without a care in the world.

At night, Lily carries Tom to her bed, using him as a pillow. She farts throughout the night, trapping the gas under the blanket, oblivious to Tom's discomfort.

One day, their mother, Mrs. Johnson, while cleaning, puts Tom inside Lily's bean bag. Lily comes home, tired from school, and flops down on the bean bag.

Despite all his attempts, Tom remains a teddy bear. He watches Lily grow up but her habits remain the same. She continues to use him as a cushion, farting on him regularly.

Lily, now a teenager herself, still uses Tom as her favorite teddy bear. She lays on him while watching movies, releasing her gas, much to Tom's dismay.

When Lily goes off to college, she takes Tom with her. Her new dorm room is small but cozy. Tom, as always, is used as a cushion, enduring Lily's farts.

One night, Lily falls asleep studying on her bed, her face buried in Tom's plush body. She unknowingly farts, trapping the gas under her blanket.

As the years pass, Lily moves out of her dorm into her own apartment. Tom, the teddy bear, is still with her, enduring her farts as she uses him as a cushion.

Lily, now an adult, still uses Tom to comfort her, laying on him and releasing her gas. Tom, forever a teddy bear, can do nothing but bear the stench.

Despite his dislike for her farts, Tom accepts his fate. He has become a part of Lily's life, her constant companion through all ups and downs, even if it means enduring her farts.

In the end, Tom realizes that no matter how much he hates the farts, he loves his sister more. He decides to bear the discomfort, silently watching over Lily from his permanent spot as her favorite teddy bear.
