    Tshepo, a young boy from the village, was known for his curiosity. He was always digging up old legends and myths, his latest fascination being the extinct mophane worms.

    His grandfather had told him stories about these worms, how they vanished from the surface, but were believed to still exist deep underground.

    One day, while exploring the outskirts of Dagwi, Tshepo stumbled upon a deep hole in the ground.

    Curiosity piqued, he decided to investigate. Lowering himself into the hole, he embarked on an adventure to uncover the truth about the mophane worms.

    As Tshepo descended, he was greeted by a sight he could hardly believe. He had found the kingdom of Phane, inhabited by the mophane worms.

    The worms were busily burrowing, their bodies illuminating the dark tunnels with a soft, magical glow. It was a mesmerizing sight.

    In the heart of the kingdom, Tshepo met the King Worm. It was bigger than the others, its deep blue color radiating wisdom and age.

    Returning to Dagwi, Tshepo was bursting with excitement. He couldn't wait to share his discovery with his people.
