King Shibi Chakravarthy, a just and compassionate ruler, was taking a leisurely stroll through the jungle when he heard a flurry of wings.

A pigeon, its feathers ruffled and eyes wide with fear, fell at his feet, pleading for his protection from a relentless eagle.

The eagle swooped down, perching on a nearby branch, claiming the pigeon as its rightful prey. The king, however, vowed to protect the pigeon.

In the palace courtyard, the king, guided by his nobility, offered to give the eagle meat from his thigh, equivalent to the pigeon's weight.

Shibi, in an act of self-sacrifice, cut a piece of his thigh and put it on the scale. But the balance never equaled the weight of the pigeon.

The king, undeterred, continued to cut more flesh. His strength was waning, but his resolve remained unshaken.

Just as the king was about to make the ultimate sacrifice, the eagle transformed into Indra Deva, and the pigeon into Agnideva.

The gods revealed that this was a test of the king's virtues. They were greatly pleased with his selflessness and compassion.

Indra Deva, with a warm smile, healed the king's wound with a divine touch. 'Your selfless act has not gone unnoticed,' he declared.

Agnideva, his aura illuminating the courtyard, blessed the king with a long and prosperous life. 'May your rule bring peace and prosperity,' he said.

The king, humbled by the divine encounter, pledged to continue his rule with the same compassion and integrity, inspiring his subjects.

His story echoed throughout the kingdom, a testament to his noble heart, inspiring generations to come. His legacy was etched in the annals of time, forever.
