As the TARDIS materialized in an unusual setting, Jamie McCrimmon found himself staring at the iconic Warner Brothers water tower of 1994. The usual whirring sound was replaced by a loud crash, signaling a rather rough landing.

Jamie stepped out of the TARDIS, examining the unfamiliar surroundings. As he turned around, he saw a hole in the side of the water tower. He sighed, realizing he'd crashed into it.

As Jamie wondered how to fix the damage, he heard high-pitched voices and saw three cartoon-like figures hurrying towards him. It was Yakko, Wakko, and Dot - the Animaniacs.

Yakko, always the problem-solver, approached the big blue box curiously. "I've seen this before! It's a British phone booth, isn't it?" Wakko chimed in, "Nah, it's a fancy closet!"

"We'll fix it for you!" Yakko assured Jamie, pulling out an oversized hammer from his satchel. Jamie hesitantly allowed them, his only option in this strange world.

Yakko started hammering aimlessly, Wakko painted random streaks on the TARDIS, and Dot cheerfully decorated it with glittery stars. Dismayed, Jamie could only watch the ongoing chaos.

Just then, the TARDIS doors flew open revealing the unlikely visitor - Dr. Who. He quickly assessed the situation and his gaze fell upon the three culprits.

The Doctor's eyes widened in disbelief. "Animaniacs? In my TARDIS?" Jamie rubbed the back of his head awkwardly, giving the Doctor a guilty look.

Yakko stepped up, "Oh, you must be the phone man! We're just helping your friend here fix the fancy closet. Wakko added, "Yeah, with our cartoon magic!"

The Doctor frowned, waving his sonic screwdriver around. "This isn't magic! Just a time-traveling machine stuck in cartoon land. But I suppose we could use your... unique talents."

Under the Doctor's instructions, the Animaniacs began to fix the TARDIS in their own hilarious, chaotic way. Meanwhile, Jamie watched, hoping for the best.

The hours passed, filled with laughter and mayhem. Despite the mess, the TARDIS slowly began to look less like a cartoon and more like its former self.

By the time night fell over Warner Brothers Studios, the TARDIS was restored to its former glory, thanks to the unconventional team. The Animaniacs cheered, proud of their work.

The Doctor examined the TARDIS and finally nodded his approval. "Well done, Animaniacs. Seems like your cartoon magic saved the day after all." Wakko grinned, "Told you so!"

As they bid goodbye, the Doctor and Jamie climbed back into the TARDIS. "Jamie, don't touch anything next time," the Doctor warned, and with that, they were off to another adventure.

From the water tower, the Animaniacs watched the TARDIS dematerialize. "Well, that was fun!" Yakko exclaimed. "Let's find another adventure!" And with that, they vanished back into the tower.

The sun rose over Warner Brothers Studios, revealing the fixed water tower and the absence of the big blue box. No evidence of the previous day's events remained, as if it was just a dream.

But in the infinite realms of time and space, the TARDIS continued its journey, carrying Jamie and the Doctor to their next destination. Their unexpected stay in the cartoon world a memory they won't soon forget.

Back in the water tower, the Animaniacs resumed their chaotic antics, causing mayhem wherever they went. Despite the chaos, they always found a way to put things right, just like they did with the TARDIS.

And so, the absurdity of the day turned into another chapter of their endless mischief. For the Animaniacs, it was a brief encounter with the unknown. For Jamie and the Doctor, it was a memorable adventure with the chaos-loving toons.

But in the grand scheme of things, every journey, every encounter is a part of the grand tapestry of the universe. And for a moment, the threads of a time-traveler and the toons had intertwined.

As the Animaniacs returned to their usual antics and the Doctor continued his space-time escapades, they all carried with them a piece of this extraordinary crossover adventure.

So the next time you see a blue British phone booth or a water tower, remember that in a parallel universe, they could be gateways to unimaginable adventures with vibrant cartoon characters or time-travelers saving the universe.

Each day is a new story and each encounter a possible crossover. Who knows what new adventures await around the corner? As for our heroes – well, in their worlds, the possibilities are endless.

And so, the lines between reality, time travel, and cartoon mischief blurred, creating a world full of laughter, chaos and lifelong memories. In the end, it was a story no one would believe, but they all knew it to be true.
