Joseph, the dreamer, was the favorite of his father, Jacob. This favoritism sparked jealousy among his brothers.

His envious brothers hatched a plan. They sold Joseph to passing merchants and told their father he was dead.

In Egypt, Joseph was bought by Potipar, an official of Pharaoh. Joseph served him well and earned his trust.

However, Potipar's wife attempted to seduce Joseph. He resisted, but was falsely accused and thrown into prison.

In prison, Joseph met Pharaoh's cupbearer and baker. They had troubling dreams, which Joseph interpreted correctly.

Joseph asked the cupbearer to remember him when he was free, but he was forgotten for two years.

Pharaoh had a disturbing dream. None could interpret it. Finally, the cupbearer remembered Joseph and recommended him.

Joseph interpreted Pharaoh's dream, predicting seven years of plenty followed by seven years of famine.

Pharaoh was impressed and made Joseph governor of Egypt. When famine struck, Joseph's brothers came seeking aid.

They did not recognize Joseph, but he recognized them. After testing their sincerity, he finally revealed himself.

Joseph forgave his brothers for their past actions and invited them to live in Egypt.

Joseph's journey from slavery to power teaches us about perseverance, forgiveness, and trust in divine providence.
