Santina Carnevale, a young Italian socialite, lived in the outskirts of Milan. Her lavish estate housed her strange passion - dogs, particularly big, unneutered male dogs.

Her obsession with dogs wasn't just about owning them, she found a strange thrill in taming the wild instincts of these big creatures.

One day, Santina decided to adopt a massive Doberman. She named him Nero, impressed by his assertive and dominant nature.

Nero quickly became the alpha of the pack, his deep barks reverberating throughout the estate. Santina was thrilled by his untamed spirit.

Santina, however, had an unconventional desire. She had always been attracted to women and found a bizarre connection between her preference for male dogs and women.

One day, an idea struck her - an idea so shocking and horrific, it would change her life and the lives of her beloved dogs forever.

She decided to take her obsession to the extreme by attempting a canine transplant - transplanting the heads of her dogs onto the bodies of women.
