Hello, little one! I'm Dr. Friendly, and today I've come up with some super fun exercises for our morning gymnastics. Are you ready to have some fun and get moving?

Let's start with some warm-up exercises. Stand up straight, extend your arms to the sides, and slowly rotate them around like a big helicopter. Oopsie-daisy! Now rotate your legs as if you're a mighty helicopter in the sky. Wonderful!

Now let's play "The Stilt Walkers." Stand in place and take big steps forward. Try to maintain your balance like a real stilt walker. Imagine you're walking on a colorful tightrope in a circus. Hooray!

Next up is "The Toddler March." Put your feet together and fold your hands in front of you. Now march slowly, lifting your knees high, as if you're an adorable little soldier. March-march-march!

Let's move on to the "One-Two-Three, Stretching's for Me" exercise to improve flexibility. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, raise your arms up, and try to touch your toes. If you can't reach them, no worries - just stretch as far as you can. Good job!

Now, we will become graceful swans. Stand on one foot and lift the other one back while stretching your arms to the sides. Remember to keep your balance! Let's be elegant swans gliding on a peaceful lake. Beautiful!

Time for a little bouncing fun with "Kangaroo Jumps"! Squat down and pretend to be a kangaroo with your hands in front of you. Now jump up and down as high as you can. Boing! Boing! Boing! Keep going, little kangaroo!

Get ready for "The Wiggly Worm." Lie down on your tummy and stretch your arms out in front of you. Wiggle your body from side to side, just like a wriggly worm crawling through the grass. Great wiggling!

Now, it's time to become tall and majestic trees with "Tree Pose." Stand on one foot and place the sole of your other foot on your inner thigh. Raise your arms up and keep your balance as you sway gently in the breeze. Be a strong, beautiful tree!

Let's do the "Sleepy Cat Stretch." Get down on all fours, and round your back up towards the sky while tucking your head under. Relax and imagine you're a sleepy cat stretching after a long nap. Meow!

How about we become airplanes? Stretch your arms out to the sides and lean forward, balancing on one foot. Lift your other leg back and pretend to fly high in the sky. Woosh! Fly, little airplane, fly!

Are you ready for a fun twirly dance? Stand up straight, spin around with your arms out, and imagine you're a spinning top. Try not to get dizzy! Wheee! Keep twirling, little dancer!

Now, let's be happy little penguins. Waddle from side to side with your arms down and imagine you're a penguin sliding on the ice. Brrr! Slide-slide-slide, happy little penguin!

For our next exercise, we'll become wavy seaweed. Stand up tall, bend your knees, and sway your arms side to side like seaweed floating in the ocean. Can you feel the waves gently rocking you back and forth? So relaxing!

Let's transform into hopping bunnies! Crouch down and place your hands on the floor, then hop forward like a little bunny hopping through a meadow. Hop-hop-hop! Keep on hopping, adorable bunny!

Next up, we'll become graceful butterflies. Sit down and bring the soles of your feet together. Gently flap your knees up and down like a butterfly's wings. Flutter, little butterfly, flutter!

Now, let's try "The Crab Walk." Sit down on the floor with your hands and feet flat on the ground. Lift your bottom up and start to walk backward like a little crab on the beach. Keep going, funny little crab!

Ready for the "Seal Slide"? Lie down on your tummy and place your arms next to your shoulders. Push your upper body up and slide forward like a playful seal. Great job, slippery seal!

Let's do "The Elephant Walk." Stand up, link your hands together, and let them hang down like an elephant's trunk. Sway your trunk side to side as you stomp your feet. Stomp-stomp-stomp, mighty elephant!

Now for some "Turtle Roll-Ups"! Lie down on your back, bring your knees to your chest, and wrap your arms around them. Imagine you're a little turtle tucked safely inside your shell. Rock gently back and forth, little turtle!

Let's try "The Frog Leap"! Crouch down and touch the ground with your hands. Now leap up as high as you can, just like a frog jumping from one lily pad to another. Leap, leap, leap, happy little frog!

Time for "The Starfish Stretch." Lie down on your back with your legs and arms spread out wide. Imagine you're a starfish on a sandy beach, soaking up the sun. Stretch, little starfish, stretch!

Next, let's be "Dancing Dolphins"! Stand up and stretch your arms above your head. Now, wave your body from side to side like a playful dolphin swimming through the ocean. Dance, little dolphin, dance!

Finally, we'll become "Happy Clouds." Lie down on your back, close your eyes, and relax. Take deep breaths and imagine you're a fluffy, happy cloud floating in the sky. You did an amazing job today, little one!
