Once upon a time, in the heart of a dense forest, lived some magical creatures known as the Gold Wires. They were named so because they glowed just like pure gold under the sun rays.

They were no ordinary creatures. What fascinated everyone the most was their skill to bloom. Yes, they would grow just like flowers, not on the ground, but in little porcelain tubs.

One dewy morning, something unexpected happened. It was a regular day in the forest and the Gold Wires were happily blooming in their tubs when a clumsy creature messed up.

It was Dew, the forest sprite who was known for his sparkling, dewy skin. He was bouncing around near the tubs when he accidentally tripped and broke one of the wires.

Dew was taken aback. He quickly picked up the broken wire and stared at it, filled with guilt. The other wires twisted to look at their hurt companion. Silence spread across the forest.

Dew didn’t know what to do. Gold Wires were special, they were sacred and Dew had broken one. After a few moments of consideration, he decided to consult Goldsmith, a wise old owl.

Goldsmith lived outside the city walls. He was known for his wisdom and his ability to create magical artefacts from strange materials. Everyone in the forest had immense respect for him.

Dew rushed to Goldsmith's place. He showed him the broken wire and narrated the whole incident to him. Goldsmith listened carefully and after some pondering, suggested an interesting idea.

Goldsmith suggested that they convert the broken wire into a key. He explained that this key could carry a special power, a power to unlock the city doors, a power to bring peace.

Dew agreed and Goldsmith got to work. He decided to present this key to the city's guardians, a group of nine brothers who were known for their valour.

The brothers were each a representation of an element of nature. They had a sister, Danica, the representation of the stars. The city admired and loved them for their ability to balance nature.

When the key was ready, Dew took it to the city. The mere sight of the unique golden key left the brothers fascinated. They thanked Dew and discussed among themselves about who should keep it.

They couldn't decide. They decided to let their sister, Danica decide for them. They thought the wise sister would make the best decision. And so, Dew was directed towards Danica's dwelling.

Dew was nervous. He had never met Danica before. The fame of her beauty and wisdom had reached all corners of the forest. He reached her dwelling, a restful place brightened by the soft light of distant stars.

Dew presented the golden key to Danica. Intrigued, Danica inquired about the origin of the key. Upon hearing the story, she smiled at Dew’s innocence and the Goldsmith's wisdom.

Danica too, couldn't decide who should keep the key. She pondered between her brothers symbolizing the sun and the moon. Eventually, she came up with an idea.

Danica decided that the one who could bring the most happiness to the city would get the key. She thought the sun, with its warmth, would make everyone happy. But then, she also thought of the moon, with its soothing light.

The sun brother decided to make a grand feast for the city. The city was enveloped in warmth and joy. But soon, the city became too hot. People were bothered and the initial joy subsided.

Next, the moon brother decided to place soft glowing lights all over the city. It was soothing to the eyes and calming to the soul. The city was filled with peace and tranquillity.

Seeing the city’s response to both of their attempts, Danica finally decided. She realised that although the sun brings happiness, the moon brings peace. Peace, she thought, was more important. So, she gave the key to the moon brother.

The decision was respected by everyone. The city now had a key that could unlock all doors leading to peace. The moon brother thanked Danica for her wise decision and promised to use the key wisely.

The forest celebrated that day. Dew was praised for his honesty in admitting his mistake. The Goldsmith was thanked for his wisdom in turning a broken wire into a key of peace.

The Gold Wires continued to bloom and glow, becoming the forest's pride. Dew learnt a lesson about being careful and the forest continued to thrive under the care of the nine brothers and their wise sister, Danica.

The story of Dew, the Goldsmith, and the golden key spread all over the land. It served as a reminder that every mistake could be turned into an opportunity and that peace was more valuable than anything else.

The forest remained peaceful and prosperous. The city doors remained open to everyone. The golden key became a symbol of unity and peace. And the tale of the golden wire was told to generations, living forever in the hearts of the forest dwellers.
