Itachi, Luna, Fleur and Gabrielle had been friends since their first year at Hogwarts. Itachi Uchiha was considered a heartthrob, attracting many girls, including the Delacour sisters: Fleur and Gabrielle.

One day, Luna accidentally turned Itachi into a child while experimenting with new spells. "Itachi?" Luna gasped, her eyes wide with surprise and concern.

The once-tall and handsome Itachi was now a small boy, looking up at Luna with confusion. "Who are you?" He asked, his voice much higher than before.

Luna had been trying for weeks to reverse the spell, but to no avail. It seemed that Itachi was stuck in his child form. Her attempt often led to frustration and worry.

Gabrielle, who had always had a crush on Itachi, found herself growing closer to him in his new form. She would often be seen laughing and playing with him.

Fleur watched this with a mixture of happiness and concern. She knew her sister's feelings for Itachi and understood that this situation might make things even more complicated.

"Itachi needs to come back," Fleur voiced her concern one day, while sitting with Gabrielle. She knew that Itachi's true place was with Luna and not in his current situation.

"Why? He is happier like this, don't you love him too?" Gabrielle asked, her blue eyes sparkling with innocence and stubbornness. She truly believed that Itachi's happiness mattered more.

"Yes I do," Fleur admitted. "But I know his heart belongs to Luna. And he deserves to have his old life back." She tried to make Gabrielle understand the gravity of the situation.

Gabrielle sat silently for a moment, tears welling up in her eyes. "I don't want him to come back. He finally gets to be a child, away from fighting... I want him to stay with me."

"But Gabrielle..." Fleur started to argue, but was silenced by the sight of her little sister crying. She paused, biting her lip. This was harder than she thought.

Meanwhile, Itachi, oblivious to the emotional turmoil, was playing nearby. When he saw Gabrielle crying, he stopped and walked over to her. "Why are you crying?" He asked, tilting his head.

Gabrielle couldn't respond, she just sobbed harder. Itachi, not knowing what else to do, hugged her. "Don't cry," he said, patting her back in his childish way.

"Gabrielle, I need to go back to my old self," Itachi told her, trying his best to convey his thoughts into words a child would use. He knew he had to reassure her.

"But all those painful memories will come back, this is a new start," Gabrielle said, her voice shaky. Her feelings were too strong, and she was afraid of losing her friend.

"I already had a new start. I met Luna, Fleur, and you. That's why no matter how painful those memories, I don't want to forget," Itachi said, showing wisdom beyond his current years.

"Itachi, please kiss me," Gabrielle asked, hoping that it might keep him a little longer. Itachi, although surprised, leaned in and kissed her on the forehead.

The next day, Luna was finally successful in reversing the spell. She waved her wand, casting the incantation, and a bright light enveloped Itachi. When the light faded, there stood Itachi in his teenage form.

Luna smiled as Itachi glanced down at himself. He looked at Luna, then at Fleur, and finally, his gaze met Gabrielle's. It was a silent acknowledgment of their shared journey.

Fleur hugged her sister tightly, whispering "It's okay" in her ear. Gabrielle nodded, her grip on Fleur tightening. Though she was sad, she knew it was for the best.

"Thank you, Luna," Itachi said, his voice back to its usual deepness. Luna nodded, glad that things were back to normal. However, she couldn't help but feel a little guilty.

The following weeks were a whirlwind of emotions. Everyone tried their best to act as if everything was normal, but there was a silent understanding that things had changed.

Itachi, despite being back to his old self, felt different. He found himself recalling the memories he had made as a child. He realized how much he cherished everyone in his life.

Gabrielle, on the other hand, found it difficult to adjust. She missed her little friend. But, in the end, she respected Itachi's decision and began to move on.

Luna and Fleur shared their own guilt and relief. They knew they had made the right decision by helping Itachi, but they couldn't ignore the heartbreak it had caused Gabrielle.

Over time, they all found their balance. It wasn't an easy journey, but they learned, grew, and cherished the experience. Through it all, their bond only grew stronger.

As they graduated from Hogwarts, they held onto their memories, both sweet and bitter. They looked back at their time together, understanding the value of friendship and love.

Itachi, Luna, Fleur, and Gabrielle each took different paths, but they remained connected by their shared experience. They treasured their Hogwarts days, and the magic that brought them together.

Even many years later, the memory of their shared trials and joys stayed alive. It was a testament to their friendship and a reminder of the unpredictable joys of magic.

In the end, they all knew that magic had given them something much more precious than spells and potions. It had given them each other, and an unforgettable story of friendship, love, and understanding.
