In the ensuing darkness, a chilling laugh echoed through the halls, causing the hairs on every student's neck to stand up. The laugh belonged to an antagonist, known only as The Prankster.

Among the students was Sarah, a dedicated pre-nursing major, who was the first to break the stunned silence. She made a clumsy announcement about safety precautions and mustering up at the dorm.

Next to her, trying to hide his amusement, was Mike, a history buff known for his sarcastic humor. He was skeptical about The Prankster's existence and made light of the situation.

They all laughed, relieved. However, Sarah reminded them, "The Prankster is still out there. We need to warn the others."
