Supergirl sighed as she accepted her loss against Captain Universe Spider Man. She agreed to getting her belly painted as per the bet, although she was hesitant about it.

She looked at him curiously, her blue eyes sparkling with intrigue. There was something about him that was oddly familiar, although she couldn’t quite figure out what it was.

"Well, don't just stand there," she said to him, trying to hide her nervousness behind a smile. "Our bet is a bet."

Captain Universe Spider Man, or Nathan Garcia in real life, nodded and started to get his paints ready. He had an array of colors, and for a moment, he looked unsure.

"Don't tell me this is your first time," teased Supergirl. Nathan blinked before breaking out into a grin. "Might be," he answered, causing both of them to laugh heartily.

She watched as he began to sketch on her belly, his touch soft and gentle. The ticklish sensation made her giggle, which caused him to mess up a few times.

"Sorry," she apologized, trying her best to stifle her laughter. Nathan just said, "It's okay," before continuing his work. His patience and determination impressed her further.

As Nathan painted, Supergirl found herself thinking about him. She knew this wasn't the real Spider Man, but she couldn't help but feel a strange sense of familiarity with him.

He looked up at her. His eyes sparkled with kindness, and she couldn't help but feel a warmth in her heart. He was cute, she admitted to herself, and he was sweet.

The painting took longer than she expected. Nathan took his time, making sure that every stroke was perfect. He was meticulous, and it was clear that he was passionate about his work.

Supergirl lay back, feeling strangely comfortable. She closed her eyes and listened to the soft brush strokes. The world seemed to fade away, and it was just her and Nathan.

Eventually, Nathan finished his masterpiece, and stood back to admire his work. Supergirl opened her eyes and looked down at her belly. To her surprise, it was a beautiful painting of the universe.

"Wow," she said, genuinely impressed. "You're quite an artist, Nathan." She didn't realize she used his real name until it was too late. Nathan looked at her in surprise.

Realizing her mistake, Supergirl quickly tried to cover it up. "I mean...Spider Man," she corrected herself, but it was clear that Nathan wasn't fooled. He looked at her curiously.

"How do you know my name?" he asked. Supergirl hesitated, realizing that she had no plausible excuse. She decided to be honest. "I...I have my ways," she said, hoping he would let it go.

Nathan looked at her for a moment before nodding. "Fair enough," he said. There was a silence between them before Nathan finally spoke again. "I should go," he said, breaking the quiet.

Supergirl didn't want him to leave just yet. "Can you stay?" she asked, surprising herself. Nathan seemed surprised as well, but he nodded in agreement. "Sure," he said, sitting down next to her.

They spent the rest of the evening chatting, laughing, and enjoying each other's company. Supergirl found herself wishing that her time with Nathan could last forever.

As the night drew to a close, Nathan stood up to leave. He looked at Supergirl and said, "I had a great time, Supergirl." He gave her a small smile before turning away.

Supergirl watched him go with a strange sense of sadness. As much as she knew that this couldn't last, a part of her wished she could spend more time with Nathan.

As she touched the painting on her belly, she smiled. Despite today's peculiar events, it had been a great day. "Who knew losing could feel this good?" she mused, with a soft laugh.

That night, as she looked at the starry sky, she thought of Nathan. Supergirl realized that she didn't need to know who Spider Man really was to appreciate his sweet and kind nature.

And so, their paths crossed in this unique way. Although they lived in different worlds, for a brief moment, they shared a bond that was rare and meaningful.

Even though they parted ways, Supergirl knew that she would always remember this day. And whenever she looked at the stars, she would think of Nathan and smile.

Thus unfolds the tale of Supergirl and Nathan Garcia, a testimony of a lost bet, a painting, and a fleeting yet significant connection. Their story, though peculiar, was a beautiful reminder.

It reminded us that sometimes, the most unexpected encounters can leave us with unforgettable memories. And sometimes, losing doesn't always have to mean defeat. It can be the beginning of something meaningful.

As for Supergirl, she continued her superhero duties, but with a new perspective. She never found out who Spider Man was, but it didn't matter to her anymore.

Whenever she would feel down, she'd look at her painted belly, now a symbol of a cherished memory, and smile. For the universe on her belly was not just a painting, but a reminder of a kind soul and a beautiful day.

Supergirl kept moving forward, her experiences making her stronger and wiser. Until next time, she thought, looking up at the stars, a secret smile playing on her lips.

Supergirl would remember the time she lost a bet to Captain Universe Spider Man, got her belly painted, and made a friend she would cherish forever. After all, some memories, like the universe, are infinite.
