Avery and Matt had been best friends since kindergarten. They shared every little secret and experience with each other. They had spent countless hours laughing, joking, and messing around.

One day, they decided to have a sleepover at Matt's house and play their favorite game: Truth or Dare. The game began innocently with truths about crushes and minor, funny dares.

Matt had always been a joker and loved to pull pranks on Avery. He saw the game as an opportunity to execute his most hilarious prank yet. A devilish grin spread across his face.

"Avery, truth or dare?" he asked. Avery, feeling brave, picked dare, stating, "I'm not scared of your silly dares, Matt." Matt's grin widened at her response.

Matt dared Avery to lay down and close her eyes. Avery had no clue what Matt had in mind, but, fairly confident, she accepted the dare.

She lay down on the carpeted floor of Matt's living room, anxiously waiting for whatever Matt had planned. Matt, seeing his chance, decided to give her a 'gas bomb'.

Matt started moving stealthily towards Avery, trying to contain his laughter. He positioned himself above Avery's head and prepared to release his secret weapon.

He hovered his backside near Avery's head and let out a prolonged, wet fart. The sound echoed through the room, followed by a smell so pungent it could wake the dead.

Instantly, Avery opened her eyes, coughing and spluttering. The smell had hit her like a wave, and she screamed, "MATT! Did you just FART on my face?!"

Matt burst into uncontrollable laughter. His cheeks were flushed with delight, and his glasses were foggy from his tears of laughter. "Avery, you should see your face!" he exclaimed.

Still struggling with the smell, Avery was mortified and exclaimed, "That's so gross, Matt! What if you pooped a little?" This caused Matt to burst into fits of laughter again.

His laughter was so infectious that Avery couldn't help but chuckle, even though her eyes were watering from the stench, and she was still coughing intermittently.

Matt continued to joke about his gas bomb, making Avery laugh even harder. After a while, he finally moved away, and Avery was able to breathe fresh air once again.

"That was the grossest thing you've ever done, Matt!" Avery accused, shaking her head in disbelief but grinning at the same time. "You better not make it a habit!"

Still catching his breath from laughing, Matt promised, "Avery, I wouldn't dare!" However, his mischievous smile told Avery that she should always expect the unexpected.

Despite the stench and the grossness of the act, a unique bond was formed between the two that night. They laughed harder than they ever had and created an unforgettable memory.

From then on, they had a new inside joke, and the smell of Matt’s farts became a part of their shared history. Whenever they felt sad or bored, the memory would make them laugh.

In the grand scheme of their friendship, the 'fart dare' was just one evening, but it was an evening that neither would forget. It was something that defined their friendship: full of laughter, fun, and a little bit of grossness.

Sure, it was disgusting and wildly inappropriate, but it was also weirdly intimate. In a twisted way, this distasteful prank brought them closer, and they cherished it.

To this day, whenever they play Truth or Dare, Avery always chooses 'truth', and Matt always wears a mischievous grin. Their friendship flourishes on their shared humor and gross-out memories.

So, remember, the next time you're playing Truth or Dare, be careful! You never know what kind of surprise might be waiting for you! And who knows? That surprise might just bring you closer to your friends.

In the end, it wasn't just about the disgusting prank that Matt pulled on Avery. It was about the bond they shared, the laughter they enjoyed, and the memories they made.

Truth or Dare was their game, and they played it like no other. Every dare only served to strengthen their friendship and add another story to their book of shared experiences.

They both knew that, no matter what, they could always rely on each other. They could laugh, cry, play pranks, and even fart on each other, but their friendship would only grow stronger.

And so, even though Avery will always remember the smell of Matt’s farts, she will also always remember the laughter they shared together. And that, indeed, was a quality of their friendship she wouldn't trade for the world.
