Once upon a time, in the kingdom of the vast Cosmos, resided the Supreme Being, Narayana. He was known by many as the "One who measures the universe", a title that puzzled the young and old alike.

Narayana was the embodiment of the unified universe, the whole cosmos was contained within his being, and His radiant form illuminated all.

His wisdom was immeasurable, covering ten dimensions. The first five were the basic elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space.

Each element had a unique significance and played an essential role in the formation and maintenance of the universe. From the solid earth to the expansive space, everything fell under Narayana's measurement.

Then came the threefold Gunas - the fundamental forces of nature - Sattva, Rajas, and Tamas. They represented the qualities of purity, activity, and inertia respectively.

These Gunas were inherent in all beings, and by their mix, they determined the nature and behavior of all entities in the cosmos. Narayana measured them too.

The ninth dimension was Samyavastha, the state of equilibrium, representing the observable universe, or Kshara-Virat. Even this vast expanse was within Narayana's measure.

The tenth and the final dimension was 'Ishwara' - all-pervading Sweetness and Light, the Ashara Brahman/Atman, that illumines and upholds the universe. This, too, was measured by Narayana, making him the one who measures the universe.

This concept was deep and complex, yet it held a simple truth - everything, big or small, subtle or gross, visible or invisible, fell under the measurement of the Supreme Being - Narayana.

Yet, this understanding was not easy for everyone to grasp. It was puzzling and sometimes even intimidating. But Narayana, with his infinite compassion, decided to reveal it in a more accessible form.

He opened His divine eye, the Divyachakshu, which could see the true essence of everything in the universe. With this, He started to measure out the universe so that everyone could understand His true identity.

First, He took the five elements - Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space - and presented them as the foundational building blocks of the universe.

He then showed how the threefold Gunas - Sattva, Rajas, and Tamas - controlled the nature and behavior of all things.

He then revealed the Samyavastha, letting them comprehend the observable universe and its vast expanse.

Finally, He unveiled the tenth dimension - 'Ishwara' - the all-pervading Sweetness and Light. He let them experience the divine light that pervades and upholds the universe.

By revealing these dimensions, Narayana allowed everyone to understand how He measures the universe, thereby revealing His true identity - Vishwarupa Purushottama.

The people marveled at this revelation, for they had never imagined such a profound understanding of the universe and the Supreme Being.

The young and the old, the scholars and the common folk - everyone began to see Narayana in a new light. They realized why He was known as the "One who measures the Universe".

Narayana's demonstration answered all their queries, resolved all their doubts. They grasped the true essence of the universe and the Supreme Being.

They learnt that everything in the universe, tangible or intangible, was measured by Narayana, and hence He was the "One who measures the Universe". What once seemed a mysterious title was now a profound truth of the Cosmos.

The realization brought about a deep sense of peace and reverence among the people. They understood that Narayana wasn't just an external entity, but the innermost essence of their own selves and the universe.

They paid their respects to Narayana, filled with love and devotion, their hearts swelling with an overwhelming feeling of serenity. They finally understood why Narayana was revered as the One who measures the universe.

That day, Narayana not only gave them the understanding of the universe but also instilled in them the knowledge of their true selves. This knowledge had a profound impact on their lives, making them more compassionate and understanding.

Henceforth, every time they looked at the vast cosmos or the smallest particle, they saw Narayana. They saw him as the "One who measures the Universe", in all His divine majesty.

With this revelation, the Supreme Being Narayana succeeded in imparting the divine wisdom of His Cosmic vision. Now, every being in the universe was aware of why He was referred to as "The One who measures out the universe".
