Halloween had finally arrived, and I was thrilled to pieces about my cowgirl costume. I had a plaid shirt tied in a knot just below my chest, shorts, and a fake navel ring.

My two best friends were coming along with me. We decided to make our trick or treating a little more interesting this year by adding a twist to it.

Jake held my arms behind me, and Bella playfully punched my bare belly. I squirmed and moaned, pretending to be in agony.

We approached the first house. I begged the owners to give us sweets, or Bella would continue punching me.

The house owners would chuckle and delay giving sweets. Bella would then pretend to punch me with a bangle like brass knuckles.

I'd wail out loud, pretending that my belly was broken. Jake and Bella would giggle, then run away, leaving me clutching my belly.

I'd stagger towards the house owners, hugging them when they knelt down to match my height. I'd complain about my aching belly.

The owners would comfort me, reassuring me that it was all in good fun. They'd then give us our well-deserved sweets.

We repeated this act at each house, and it was hilarious to see the different reactions of the owners. Some would even join in the fun!

However, as the night progressed, the punches started to sting a little. I decided it was time to turn the tables on my friends.

At the next house, I made a show of clutching my belly, pretending to be in severe pain. Jake and Bella looked at me, concerned.

The house owners knelt down, worried. I whispered to them about my plan, and they agreed, trying to suppress their smiles.

They led me inside their house, leaving Jake and Bella outside. My friends were surprised but waited patiently.
