One sunny morning, Inky-Pinky Pinky-Ponky Dupy-Lupy Zimpy-Zampy Caterpillar, or simply Inky-Pinky, decided to go down to the beach with his friends. He scurried excitedly to fetch his little red bucket and spade.

His best friends, Binky-Bonky Bunny and Sinky-Sonky Snail, were waiting for him. They all laughed and chatted excitedly as they made their way to the beach.

At the beach, they built sandcastles, played hide and seek, and had a picnic. They were having so much fun, they didn't notice the sun starting to set.

Meanwhile, Inky-Pinky's mummy and daddy were getting worried. It was getting dark and their little boy hadn't come home yet. They decided to call the police for help.

PC Tubbs and PC Betty, the friendly policemen, arrived in their black and white panda cars. They reassured Inky-Pinky's parents and promised to find their little boy.

Back at the beach, Inky-Pinky and his friends were starting to realize it was getting late. They looked around and saw that the beach was empty and it was getting dark.

PC Tubbs and PC Betty arrived at the beach with their bright torches. They called out for Inky-Pinky and his friends. Hearing their names, the little creatures felt relieved.

The children followed the sound of the voices and soon found themselves face-to-face with the policemen. They were scared, but PC Tubbs and PC Betty were kind and understanding.

They explained that everyone was worried about them and they should have told their parents where they were going. The little creatures nodded, promising they would remember next time.

The policemen drove Inky-Pinky and his friends home. Their parents were relieved to see them safe and sound. They thanked PC Tubbs and PC Betty for their help.

That night, tucked in their beds, Inky-Pinky, Binky-Bonky Bunny, and Sinky-Sonky Snail promised each other that they would always tell their parents where they were going.

They also promised to always be home before it got dark. It was a lesson they would never forget. And with that, they drifted off to sleep, dreaming about their next adventure.
