    In a middle school classroom, there was a sad little caterpillar. She was lonely and depressed, her friends were distant, and she was struggling with the new way of life during a pandemic.

    The caterpillar missed her friends and the usual hustle-bustle of school life. She felt isolated and disconnected from the world, her sadness growing each day.
