Jack was a bad boy. He was always shouting at his parents, causing a lot of trouble in his peaceful family.

His parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harris, were at their wit's end trying to make him understand that shouting is not a good way to express his feelings.

One day, Jack went to the park and saw children playing nicely with each other. He wanted to join them but they were afraid of his shouting.

This made Jack very sad. He didn't want to scare them away, he just wanted to play and have fun with them.

That night, Jack sat in his room and thought about his behavior. He didn't want to shout anymore, but he didn't know how else to express himself.

Then, he saw a diary and a pen on his desk. He had an idea. He started writing about his feelings in the diary.
