Sun and Moon were beloved by everyone in the royal castle. Their scaled bodies gleamed in the sunlight. Sun especially, with his yellow scales, would sparkle like a pile of gold.

Sun spent most of his time basking under the sun, munching on treats given by the princes. His round belly would rise and fall rhythmically while he lay on his back.

On the other hand, Moon loved playing with the knights. He would mock-challenge them with playful roars, his dark blue scales shimmering. His energy was boundless.

The princes, enchanted by Sun's golden hue, would often sneak extra treats into his meals. Consequently, Sun grew chubbier by the day.

Moon often teased Sun about his growing girth. Moon would circle around Sun, taunting him to chase after him. But Sun would just yawn and go back to his sunbathing.

One day, the royal family decided to hold a grand festival. They planned to make Sun and Moon the highlights of the event. The preparations began in full swing.

Sun and Moon were thrilled! They were going to be the stars of the festival. Sun dreamt of all the treats he was going to get, while Moon was excited about the games.

As the festival neared, Sun and Moon were given special care. Sun was given even more treats, while Moon was taught new tricks. The castle buzzed with anticipation.

On the day of the festival, the castle grounds were filled with laughter and cheer. The air was filled with the smell of food and burning torches.

Sun could hardly move with all the food he had consumed. His belly was rounder than ever, while Moon was full of energy, ready to entertain the guests.

As night approached, the crowd was summoned to the highlight of the event. Moon looked at Sun, teasing him with a mischievous grin. The main event was about to start.

Suddenly, a loud trumpet sounded and a box full of glowing gems was unveiled. Sun and Moon were expected to perform their fire-breathing ability on the gems, creating a beautiful spectacle.

Moon took off in a graceful swoop, breathing fire onto the gems. They shimmered and glittered, casting a mesmerizing glow onto the crowd. The audience erupted in applause.

Next was Sun's turn. He slowly lumbered towards the gems, his belly swaying with every step. The crowd watched eagerly as Sun took a deep breath.

But to everyone's surprise, Sun could not breathe fire. He tried again and again, but all he could do was to let out a small puff of smoke. The crowd was stunned.

Moon flew down and nudged Sun. He encouraged Sun to try again, but Sun was too embarrassed. He hung his head in shame and waddled off the stage.

Moon followed Sun and found him hiding behind a statue. Sun was sad, he felt like he had let everyone down. Moon tried to comfort him.

Moon told Sun that it was okay and they would practice together. Moved by Moon's words, Sun nodded. The next day they began practicing to breathe fire.

Sun started training under Moon’s guidance. He cut down on the treats and started exercising. He even joined Moon in challenging the knights.

As days passed, Sun started to lose some of his extra weight. He became more lively and his fire-breathing improved. Moon was proud of the progress Sun was making.

After a few months, Sun had made incredible progress. He could run around the castle without getting tired and his fire-breathing was stronger than it had ever been.

The royal family decided to hold another festival, this time to celebrate Sun’s transformation. Excitement filled the air as the day approached.

Sun was once again at the centre of the event. He stood confidently on the stage, ready for the spectacle. The crowd held their breath as Sun approached the gems.

With one swift move, Sun breathed fire onto the gems. The gems shimmered brightly, casting beautiful colors onto the crowd. A loud cheer erupted, they were in awe.

Moon beamed with pride as he watched from the sidelines. He flew up to join Sun, circling him in the air. The crowd cheered for the two dragon siblings.

That day, Sun and Moon became the heroes of the festival. They basked in the adoration of the crowd and the proud smiles of the royal family. It was a day to remember.

The bond between Sun and Moon had grown even stronger. They would always stick together, whether it was during fun games or during hard times. They were inseparable.

The tale of Sun and Moon spread across neighbouring kingdoms. They became symbols of camaraderie and resilience. Their story was shared far and wide.

After that night, Sun became more active. He still loved his treats, but he also enjoyed playing with Moon and the knights. He had found a balance.

Their story was a reminder that every beginning has its challenges. It shows the power of friendship and how one can overcome any obstacle with perseverance and support.

Sun and Moon continued to live their life in the royal castle. They were loved by everyone and they entertained the castle with their playfulness and camaraderie.

The castle was filled with their laughter and playful roars. Their story kept inspiring the inhabitants of the castle and the visitors alike for a long, long time.
