Steve, Mona, and Nancy were typical siblings. They loved to compete with each other in every possible way. One hot summer afternoon, they decided to measure their biceps to see who was the strongest.

Steve, being the oldest at 16 was confident that he would win. He flexed his biceps and waited for the measurement. "Sixteen centimeters," Mona announced, reading the tape measure.

Mona, 13 and the smallest of the siblings, was next. She flexed her biceps, revealing a surprisingly strong arm for her size. "Fifteen centimeters," Steve announced, a hint of surprise in his voice.

Finally, it was Nancy's turn. She was 14 and the tallest among them. She flexed, and her biceps bulged. "Seventeen centimeters," Mona exclaimed with a wide grin.

Nancy had the biggest biceps! Steve and Mona looked at each other in disbelief. But Nancy was pleased. She flexed her biceps again with a triumphant smile.

After the measurement, they decided to challenge each other to a wrestling match. The rules were simple: pins counted to ten, and the last one standing would be declared the winner.

Steve was up first, wrestling against Mona. They locked wrists and began to struggle. There was a lot of pushing and grappling.

Mona put up a good fight. She pressed her chest against Steve's, trying to push him down. But Steve's strength was too much for her.

Steve pinned Mona down. "One, two, three..." he counted to ten and Mona was out of the wrestling competition.

Next, Nancy stepped up to wrestle Steve. She was taller than him and had bigger biceps. She locked wrists with him and pushed hard.

Steve struggled, but Nancy had a firm grip. She pushed her chest against his, forcing him down. Steve was on the brink of defeat.

Nancy pinned Steve down, her biceps bulging with effort. "One, two, three..." she counted to ten. Steve was out, and Nancy was declared the winner!

After the wrestling, they decided to measure their biceps again. Steve's were still 16 cm, Mona's 15cm, but Nancy's were now 18 cm! Her biceps had visibly pumped.

The siblings looked at each other, then at Nancy's biceps. Steve and Mona couldn't believe it. But Nancy just smiled and flexed her biceps again.

"Looks like I'm the strongest," she taunted, laughing. Steve and Mona had to admit defeat. Nancy was the strongest, and they couldn't deny it.

That day, they learned that biceps size could change with exercise. And that their sister Nancy was stronger than they had thought. But they didn't mind. Win or lose, they remained the best of friends.

From then onwards, when they played together, they took turns to lead, knowing that strength came in many forms, not just physical. And Nancy, though the strongest, never used her strength to dominate.

They continued to measure their biceps from time to time, just for fun. But they all knew that the true measure of strength wasn't in the size of the biceps.

It was in how they treated each other, and how they stood together in the face of challenges. In that sense, they were all strong. And they knew it.

Sure, their muscles might grow and shrink, but their bond as siblings always remained strong. And that was the most important measure of all.

They always looked back to that day with a fond memory and smiled, remembering the fun they had, the lessons they learned, and the love they shared.

And more than anything, they cherished the fact that they were siblings, standing together, supporting one another, and loving each other like no other.

For them, it was never about the size of the biceps, but the size of their hearts. And with big hearts, they knew they could overcome anything.

As siblings, they understood that they were a team, a team that could face anything together. With love, support, and strength, they knew they could conquer anything.

So, Steve, Mona, and Nancy learned something valuable that day about strength and bonds. And that was a lesson they would carry with them throughout their lives.
